I contain the HP22A and seriously like it lots. The handbook is quite apparent on only using common velocity ammo. I do not know what the handbook for the HP25 says but I would guess that it says to stay away from "sizzling" loads.I have not witnessed the frames crack but the slides do, consistently. It is the weakness with the open up slide style.
